愛恩思坦的言論最酷的地方在於它的顛覆性。

當我們我們聽慣了來自父母/老師/輿論/道德規範的陳腔舊調(cliche)時，
但又不知為何總是隱隱覺得不屑或懷疑，
這時候就要相信並尊重自己的感覺，
不必盲從或勉強接受，
繼續往內探視，
與自己對話，
當感覺“對”的時候，
就確定已找到屬於自己的答案了。

愛恩思坦的話可以幫助我們抖掉身上累積已久的“常識”，
把自我意識(ego)瓦解，
重新看自己，看世界。
