1. 我留意到四個句子每次出現的次序都不一樣。聽說次序是跟效果有關連的，但有時有聽說沒有關連。我害怕萬一做錯了，然後我對程序的錯誤理解會帶來不好的結果。究竟甚麼才是對的？

講這些句子的次序不重要。關鍵是要講。 跟著自己的直覺，在心裡按照自己覺得最棒的次序唸。在最近的一次零極限講座，藍博士(Dr. Hew Len)甚至把這四句話縮減成兩句：“我愛你”與“謝謝“。懸在幾個句子上本身就是一件要“清洗”或“清理”的事。這些句子是一個簡單的清洗工具，幫助你邁向零。就是這樣而已。害怕做錯本身就需要清洗。

2. 當我在做清洗的時候，我是在對誰說？我自己？還是我要清洗的那個人？我混亂了。

你不是要對那個人講。你要做的是清洗那個感知外在問題的那個部份的你。跟任何人或任何事無關。外在的人事物是讓你想改變一些甚麼的導火線。再重申一次，你不是要清洗外在。你要清洗內在。你時在對你的神性講話 － 不是別人。

如果把“學英文”的“學”這個部份拿走，

單純地只把英文看待成一種工具（它本來就是啊），

那麼一切都會變得容易多了。

學英文跟任何其他事一樣，

都是精神方面(mental)的。

把學英文當成一件“不學好就會怎樣怎樣”的事的話，

潛意識裡就會產生阻力(resistance)，

這種阻力是我們想做好任何事的頭號敵人。

不管在你的意識(consciousness)裡你是多麼想學好英文，

這種阻力都會介入，

讓你覺得學英文很困難。

既然說學英文是精神性的，

那麼想學好英文也要先從精神方面著手，

把潛意識裡的程式改編。

首先，誠心地問自己最害怕英文學不好的結果是甚麼？

是怕令父母失望？怕丟臉？怕考不到好學校？

怕找不到好工作？怕在公司沒前途？

還是怕因此不能過理想的物質生活？......

當你把恐懼(fear)的源頭找出來後，

可以做三件事：

1. 面對：不要迴避這種恐懼，

因為迴避本身也是一種抗拒。

2. 接受：觀察在你面前的恐懼，

要知道恐懼不是一件壞事，

它只是情緒的指標(indicator)，

告訴你現在的位置，

當你發現走錯路了，就要改道，

如此而已。

3. 行動: 告訴自己以上的恐懼只是頭腦製造出來的假象，

把恐懼感從源頭清理掉。

當你把恐懼或阻力從根本上清理掉，

任何後續的動作，

都會變得更順利更愉快。

就確定已找到屬於自己的答案了。

把自我意識(ego)瓦解，

我一直覺得愛恩思坦是個非常有趣而不可思議的人。

以前不懂為甚麼他會給我這樣的感覺，

直到後來看了幾本對我的人生非常重要的書，

才開始發現他的“有趣”與“不可思議”是來源於他的大智慧。

他很可能是地球上少數已經洞悉宇宙法則的人。

也因此他的洞見是如此的深刻，

但處處又流露了他的幽默，慈悲與愛。

如果說愛恩思坦留下的理論非常重要的話，

那他曾經講過的話也同樣的充滿啓發性，

足以改變一個人的人生觀，

甚至宇宙觀。

以下是他的部份語錄，也趁機練習一下英文翻譯：

"Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius -- and a lot of courage -- to move in the opposite direction."

任何一個聰明的傻瓜都會把事物變得更大，更複雜，更激烈。但是要把事物推往相反的方向，則需要天才的特質 -- 與無比的勇氣。

"Imagination is more important than knowledge."

想像力遠比知識重要。

"Gravitation is not responsible for people falling in love."
墜入愛河可與地心引力沒有關係。

"I want to know God's thoughts; the rest are details."

我想知道上帝是怎麼想的，其餘的只是細節而已。

"The hardest thing in the world to understand is the income tax."

世界上最難搞懂的就是所得稅這件事。

"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."

“現實”看來是持續的，然而它只是一個幻象而已。
