There are many different ways, some quick and easy, some spiritual, to buld self esteem for women. It doesn’t really matter which one you choose, as long as it works for you. However, it is crucial to keep feeding your mind with positive affirmations or suggestions.

Here are some tips that you can practice every day to help you buld self esteem and love yourself as who you are:

1. When you wake up in the mornig, the first thing you do is to take some deep breaths, feeling every cell of your body with a feeling of gratitude. Feel how good that feels!

2. Then, go in front of a mirror and look at yourself right in the eye. Learn not to judge yourself by your “imperfections”. If you do have these feelings, give it a few minutes until those thougths are gone. Then keep looking at yourself until you notice the beauty you see in you. Say “I love you unconditionally” to yourself in the mirror. If this seems difficult in the beginning, don’t push it. Just keep looking at yourself without any judgment and before you know it, you will develop a sense of affection for yourself.

3. On a daily basis, start to spend less time reading negative articles and more time reading positive information that makes you feel good about you. This will shift your energy field to a positive one.

4. Meditate or practice yogo as a means to achieve a deeply relaxed state of mind. Your mind is cleared of the negative beliefs that cause low self esteem through relaxation. And your energy level is boosted which will make you feel even better about yourself.

5. Think about the things that make you happy. For example, a baby smiling for the first time, an amazing inspiration that comes from a child’s mind…

6. Be unique, don’t depend on other peoples’ opinions as they are not what shape who you are. Learn to be your best friend by trusting in yourself completely. Afterall you are responsible for your own happiness.

7. Start each day by repeating positive self esteem affirmations to yourself, for example: I am UNIQUE, I am PERFECT, I am SPECIAL! Say whatever you believe who you REALLY are!

8. Lastly, remember that your thoughts and feelings will create the outcome of your day, and your life. So think POSITIVE!
